Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to $3,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a Entry level Site Service Engineer/Lab Technician to join a technical support team operating in a regulated laboratory environment. This role involves providing on-site calibration, maintenance, and coordination of lab equipment services to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform equipment verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PM) using in-house SOPs.
  • Maintain and manage calibration/qualification tools to ensure proper upkeep and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external third-party vendors for calibration, PM, qualification, and repairs.
  • Ensure all vendors meet pre-qualification criteria before performing services.
  • Attend to on-site service requests and provide timely technical support in accordance with SLAs.
  • Recommend appropriate service kits and spare parts to minimise equipment downtime.
  • Maintain documentation using in-house asset management systems, covering training records, service reports, vendor qualifications, and asset tracking.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to support lab operations.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Engineering/Science related
  • Familiarity with laboratory and analytical equipment preffered
