Job Description

  • Manage all purchase requisition, purchase order, delivery orders and invoices.
  • Manage and update of material receiving in the system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor prompt delivery of material to meet prompt deadline.
  • Update and monitor import shipment schedule arrival.
  • Liaise with vendors on sample, update and monitor sample schedule arrival.
  • Maintaining and good documentation records.
  • Updated purchasing records, data and pricing system.
  • Provide support on all purchasing matters and any other duties assigned.
  • To develop new overseas supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate in Business Administration / Management or any related course
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Experience in shipping or logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Can start work immediately
