Job Description
- Manage all purchase requisition, purchase order, delivery orders and invoices.
- Manage and update of material receiving in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor prompt delivery of material to meet prompt deadline.
- Update and monitor import shipment schedule arrival.
- Liaise with vendors on sample, update and monitor sample schedule arrival.
- Maintaining and good documentation records.
- Updated purchasing records, data and pricing system.
- Provide support on all purchasing matters and any other duties assigned.
- To develop new overseas supply chain.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate in Business Administration / Management or any related course
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience in shipping or logistics
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Can start work immediately
