Job Description & Requirements

As a Construction Manager specializing in interior/ engineering /Carpentry Works, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, managing and completion of our projects. Working closely with our project director, you will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, drawings and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact in the dynamic field of construction engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project director to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for Interior Projects including carpentry / furniture works.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and surveys to identify potential challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate the timely procurement of materials and resources.
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities, including site logistics, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from plans and specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve construction-related issues effectively.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement among project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Singapore Driving License holder will be preferred
  • Immediate availability will be preferred
