Sales & Marketing Administrator
- Basic Salary | Up to $4500, depends on experience.
- Work Details | 5 Days, Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
- Location | Ubi
Job Description
Sales administration:
- To support the sales department with sales administrative tasks including preparing quotations, tenders, etc.
- To receive, verify & process orders through internal liaison.
- To prepare marketing presentation materials and samples.
- To maintain and update sales & customer records, distributor agreements, etc.
- To compile monthly sales reports.
- To direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Marketing activities:
- To plan & coordinate marketing campaigns, which includes planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing initiatives.
- To plan and manage e-commerce sales activities.
- To plan & coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
- To do copywriting for marketing materials for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc).
- To monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates.
- To maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- To plan and organise marketing events.
