As our business expands in Singapore, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Project Supervisors to join our upcoming project in Singapore. This is a valuable opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company in one of the world's most dynamic industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality project execution and contributing to Rayzher's ongoing success in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise / oversee hookup installation for semicondustor tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, quality, and safety performance by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare BQ material, PTW work-permit applications, and submit engineering documentation / technical drawings per project requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project execution in line with schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health & safety requirements as per client and company policies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

What we're looking for

  • No prior experience needed – training will be provided.
  • Outgoing and strong communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in gas / chemical / electricity Tool installation Hookup projects related to the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
  • Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking team members from our Taiwan HQ.
  • Opportunities for overseas assignment.
