Job Summary:

Role: Infrastructure Consultant in Singapore

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Infrastructure Consultant to work onsite with our customer, project stakeholders, and the Nutanix support team. This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, including Nutanix platforms, and strong communication and coordination skills to ensure successful solution implementation and support within an enterprise environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, systems engineering, or solution architecture roles.

- Hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI platforms and tools such as Prism, AHV, AOS, and Foundation.

- Strong background in virtualization technologies, especially VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for onsite engagements.

- Familiarity with networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex infrastructure environments.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a customer-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary onsite technical consultant for the customer's infrastructure initiatives involving Nutanix.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, customer stakeholders, and Nutanix support to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

- Provide expert-level support in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) systems.

- Assess existing infrastructure, identify improvement areas, and propose solutions aligned with best practices.

- Lead or support technical workshops, project reviews, and status meetings with internal and external teams.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance to customer teams.

- Work with vendors and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

- Ensure documentation of system configurations, changes, and operational procedures.

- Support the transition from project phase to operational handover and long-term support.
