About the role

We are seeking a Demi Chef to join our passionate culinary team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in the Changi East Region of Singapore. This full-time position will see you assisting our Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  2. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
  3. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work station to support efficient kitchen operations
  5. Provide support and guidance to junior kitchen staff as required
  6. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
  2. Strong cooking skills and expertise in a variety of culinary techniques
  3. Able to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  5. Passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes
  6. Food safety and hygiene certification or willingness to obtain
