We're on the lookout for a hands-on, energetic, and inspiring Technical Trainer & Performance Coach to shape the next generation of skincare and makeup professionals across 4 to 9 centers. From onboarding to upskilling, treatment protocol to consultation coaching, you'll play a key role in building confident, high-performing teams who deliver real results. Train with Purpose
- Lead high-impact, bilingual (English & Chinese) training sessions across facial, skincare, and makeup services
- Guide new hires through their full technical journey — theory, hands-on, SOPs, and confidence building
- Run refreshers and workshops that close skill gaps and re-energize the team
- Train new product/treatment launches with clarity, excitement, and structure
Build Service Excellence
- Conduct technical assessments and ensure SOP standards are met across all centers
- Update and refine treatment and makeup protocols to improve quality and service flow
- Collaborate with the HOD to develop innovative new treatments based on market trends
- Stay ahead of skincare and beauty trends to keep our offerings competitive
Coach for Real Results
- Role-play consultation flows and help staff overcome objections with confidence
- Improve the tools and flow therapists use to connect with clients and close the sale
- Create long-term regime programs that deliver visible results and client loyalty
- Be a go-to mentor who lifts morale while pushing for growth
What You Bring
- 4+ years' hands-on experience in facial, skincare, or professional makeup
- Experience as a trainer, team lead, or senior therapist/makeup artist
- Certified by CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC (or equivalent) – a must
- Strong in technical skills, product knowledge, and SOP execution
- Fluent in English & Chinese – you're confident delivering training in both languages
- Organized, proactive, and someone who takes pride in raising standards
- Bonus: You hold a coaching certificate (ACTA, ICF, NLP, etc.)

Additional Information
- 5 days' work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
- Requires regular travel to between 4 and 9 AsterSpring retail centers in Singapore
- Reports to the Head of Department (Skincare)
- You'll work closely with Center Managers, the Sales team, and HQ Training leaders
