Job Description
PDPA Compliance Monitoring and Follow-up:Assist in tracking compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations across different departments.Support the implementation of PDPA follow-up actions
Development of Training Materials:Assist in creating engaging and effective training materials on PDPA, workplace safety, and regulatory risks. Assist to produce presentations, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
Support in Process Fine-tuning and Documentation:Assist the team in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for WSH, risk and compliance processes.Help in maintaining organized records of compliance activities and process documentation.
Production of Training Videos:Assist in producing training videos, including drafting scripts, coordinating with video production teams, and ensuring the content is aligned with PDPA and compliance requirements.
Admin and Project Support:Provide admin support for risk management and compliance projects, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating with various teams.Assist in compiling data and preparing reports related to compliance reviews, incidents, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when assisting on compliance documentation and producing training materials.
Knowledge of video production processes, including scriptwriting, shooting, and editing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
