Job Description

We are hiring highly motivated individuals to join our production team as Operators at our facility in Joo Koon. This role offers a compelling 4-day work week and strong company benefits. Full training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for those new to the manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, your core duties will include:

  • Operating and monitoring production and processing machinery.
  • Performing routine troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Ensuring all finished products are accurately packed
  • Handling materials, including loading and unloading items from the production line.
  • Adhering strictly to all established quality control and safety standards.
  • Carrying out other production-related tasks (ad hoc duties) as assigned.
Salary & Company Benefits
  • Gross Salary: Up to S$2,500 per month.
  • Shift Allowances: Earn an additional S$6 for every Day Shift worked and S$16 for every Night Shift worked.

  • Daily Allowances: Receive a S$3 meal allowance and a S$4 transport allowance.

  • Enjoy year-end financial stability with the Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).

  • Benefit from performance recognition through a Variable Bonus (VB).
  • Eligible for a yearly salary increment.
Work Schedule & Location
  • Work Week: A consistent 4-day work week, inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays (PH).
  • Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / Night: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM).
  • Location: Joo Koon.
  • Transport: Convenient 2-way company transport is provided from Choa Chu Kang (CCK) and Joo Koon MRT stations.
Job Requirements
  • No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Able to perform a standing job for the duration of the shift.
  • Able to carry and lift up to 15kg.
  • Willing to work on monthly rotating shifts (day and night), weekends, and Public Holidays.
