JOB SUMMARY

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Global Head of Partnership and Unsecured product with planning and implementing partnership development strategies
  • Full end-to-end ownership and project management of the critical phases of the Deal Cycle (Strategy, Structuring, Negotiations, and Closure) including
  • Creating a competitive commercial deal structure that maximizes the value of the opportunity and ensure alignment with the CPBB business objectives
  • Maintain liaison between the Bank and the potential partner(s), during the Deal CycleCollaborate extensively across internal and external stakeholders both at the Group level and also at the Country level
  • Lead partner negotiations and legal contract discussions / negotiations
  • Build business models and financial projections and identify key risk issues
  • Build business case documentations and engagement with internal and external stakeholder
  • Lead representation in the Swarm onboarding and work closely with the tech teams
  • Support in central project management to ensure timely project delivery
  • Ensure bank's governance, risk and compliances policies/processes are duly followed and adherent to for the partnerships.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Undergraduate or above in finance, business, engineering or science degree.
  • 10 years of strong project management and delivery experience
  • Experience in leading tech teams/projects.
  • Experience in building a digital business with digital product solutioning and acquisition.
  • Familiar with digital platforms and digital acquisition technology
  • Familiar in financial product solutioning and capability build-up
  • Financial product experience in Lending, Payments, SME, Wealth, and Insurance
  • Comfortable in working with complex stakeholder situations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working against tight timelines
