Singapore LED SIGNS PTE. LTD. Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Clearly communicate project updates and address any concerns promptly.
  • Vendor Management: Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers for fabrication, installation, electrical work, and other necessary services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of work.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all signage meets the required specifications and standards. Conduct inspections and address any defects.
  • Permitting & Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry.
  • Technical Skills: With understanding of signage design, fabrication, and installation techniques. Familiarity with different types of signage materials and technologies (e.g., LED, acrylic, metal). Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes related to signage installation.
  • Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
