1. Landscape Maintenance

  • Take full responsibility for the landscape maintenance at assigned projects and oversee all the other horticulturist operation on daily basic.

  • Work with Managing Agent, Council, and workers to ensure landscape maintenance activities are carried out according to the client's needs and expectations.

  • Recommend horticultural practices that encourage overall plant health and soil nutrition to client if needed.

  • Collaborates with the Horticultural team on any and all tasks required for maintaining the highest standards of landscape management and horticultural operations.

  • Assist in the preparation of maintenance schedule, improvement project for the existing landscape contract.

  • Responsible for the administrative and operational for landscape project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress

  • Supervise daily horticulture maintenance works executed by landscape term contractors and in-house gardeners according to contract specifications and responsibilities including but not limited to adhering to routine work schedules

  • Attending to feedback and complaints concerning horticultural matters.

2. Site Inspections & Planning:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and develop landscape maintenance and improvement plan as and when required by client.

  • Provide detailed instructions to the horticulturist team.

4. Landscape Upgrading Project Monitoring:

  • Monitor the progress of the project to ensure it remains aligned with the approval's landscape proposal scope of work and meet up given schedule.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare and Ensure timely submit monthly/weekly landscape maintenance reports for record-keeping and review to keep management and clients informed.

6. Collaboration with Management:

  • Work closely with the operation executive and management to ensure smooth coordination across various departments.

  • Take on any ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management to support overall project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and client management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain a strong rapport with clients.

  • Ability to handle feedback and adapt quickly to changing project need
