Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of testcases&test tools for 5G base station products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing testcases&test tools, automating test processes, and working closely with the team to ensure effective system integration and testing. Fresh graduates with strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, or MATLAB and a strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Test Tool Development: Design and develop test tools to automate and streamline testing processes for 5G base station products. This includes building custom test scripts and software for automated testing and simulation.

·       Test Case Design: Based on 5GNR/LTE protocols, design and implement test cases that ensure product performance and functionality meet specified standards.

·       System Integration & Testing: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the test tools with the system, execute tests, and analyze the results to identify and resolve issues.

·       Test Automation: Develop and optimize test automation frameworks and tools to ensure efficient and accurate testing of complex systems.

·       Reporting & Documentation: Compile and document test results, identify areas for improvement, and write comprehensive test reports to communicate findings to the development team.

Qualifications:

·       Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C, C++, or MATLAB for test tool development, automation, and scripting.

·       Knowledge of 5G/LTE: Basic understanding of LTE/5G physical layer and protocol stack development is preferred, but not mandatory.

·       Learning Ability: Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts, with a keen interest in test tool development and automation.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·       Teamwork: A proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to collaborate with others to solve complex technical challenges.

Preferred (but not required):

·       Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and testing tools for system testing and automation.

·       Familiarity with test automation frameworks and software development practices for testing.
