Working Hours: Weekends, Public Holidays, and Selected Weekdays (depending on event schedule)

From pool parties and kids' yacht adventures to school events and corporate family days, our events are designed to be safe, exciting, and memorable.

We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, fun-loving, and responsible individuals to join us as Party Hosts / Party Coordinators — the heart and soul of every celebration

What You'll Do

As a Party Host / Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

You will:

  • Lead and host kids' parties, water play events, and family celebrations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Manage event flow — from setup to teardown — ensuring smooth coordination throughout.
  • Engage and interact with children and families through games, activities, and themed play sessions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, facilitators, and team members (e.g. Shark Rangers) to ensure safety and fun.
  • Assist with decorations, music setup, cake presentation, and group photos.
  • Communicate with parents and clients professionally before, during, and after the event.
  • Handle on-the-spot situations calmly (e.g., weather, equipment, or schedule changes).
  • Maintain a safe and clean play environment at all times.

  • Energetic and cheerful, with a passion for working with kids and families.
  • Organised and dependable, able to manage event flow and logistics smoothly.
  • A great communicator, both with clients and your team.
  • Adaptable, ready to jump into high-energy environments and think on your feet.

Requirements:

  • Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service preferred (fresh grads welcome).
  • Comfortable leading groups, using a microphone, or hosting games.
  • Physically active — able to move event items, assist in setup, and work in outdoor/water environments.
  • Available on weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
