Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Health Screening patients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Assist in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative documentation to ensure a smooth screening journey.
  • Coordinate with medical and support teams to maintain efficient patient flow and minimize waiting times.
  • Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information on screening packages, procedures, and follow-up requirements.
  • Support data entry, report compilation, and patient feedback tracking for service improvement.
  • Uphold service excellence standards while representing Minmed's brand and values.
  • Observe and learn about clinic operations, infection control protocols, and patient confidentiality practices.

Requirements:

  • Interest in healthcare operations, patient service, and wellness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
