工作概述

现诚聘能教授 小四华文(P4 Chinese) 的家庭老师。

您将以一对一形式授课,运用正向沟通与反思式教学,帮助学生理解错误、规划改进方向,并逐步培养自信与学习责任感。

理想人选

• 能在指定时间段授课(星期三或星期四)
• 喜欢与 9–10 岁的小学生互动
• 具备系统化思维,或愿意学习结构化、循序渐进的教学方式,而非仅依赖练习册
• 乐于学习反思式教学框架,引导学生独立学习与思考
• 耐心、稳定、善于与孩子建立信任与积极沟通
• 欢迎有经验或零经验者

About Us

Playful Genius Learning Academy is Singapore's first tuition centre focused on helping active learners take ownership of their learning through reflective learning.

We don't just teach content — we guide children to think, reflect, and build independent learning habits that last.

Role Overview

We are hiring a tutor to teach Primary 4 Chinese.

You will conduct small-group or 1-to-1 lessons using reflective and positive teaching methods to help students identify errors, plan improvements, and take responsibility for their learning.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are available on Wednesday or Thursday during the stated time slots
• Enjoy working with children aged 9–10
• Are a systematic thinker or willing to learn structured, step-by-step teaching methods instead of relying only on assessment-book practice
• Are open to learning reflective teaching frameworks that promote independence and self-motivation
• Are patient, encouraging, and able to connect with active learners positively
• Both experienced and new tutors are welcome
