Ministry of Empowerment Pte. Ltd. is expanding

We're looking for passionate Facilitators, Main Trainers, and Youth Counsellors to join our mission of transforming lives through lifeskills, motivation, and empowerment programmes across Singapore primary and secondary schools starting January 2026 and beyond.

1 Facilitators

Start your journey as a Classroom Facilitator.

You'll assist Main Trainers in delivering engaging lifeskills sessions, helping to connect with students, manage class activities, and support learning in fun, dynamic ways.

Ideal For:

  • Fresh graduates, aspiring trainers, or individuals passionate about youth development.
  • Energetic, approachable, and confident in front of students.
  • Great communication and people skills are a must

2 Main Trainers

Lead and inspire.

As a Main Trainer, you'll conduct full lifeskills, motivation, study skills, and personal development programmes in schools. You'll facilitate lessons that build resilience, confidence, and mindset shifts in students.

Requirements:

  • Prior training, facilitation, or teaching experience.
  • Ability to engage large student groups confidently.
  • Bonus: ACLP/ACTA/NIE certification or background in education/training.

3 Youth Counsellors (At-Risk Youths)

Make a difference where it matters most.

We're seeking counsellors and coaches who can connect deeply with youths facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Your role involves guiding them through structured resilience-building and mindset-based coaching sessions.

Requirements:

  • Background in psychology, counselling, social work, or youth mentoring.
  • Empathy, patience, and real-world communication skills.
  • Prior experience with youth-at-risk programmes is an advantage.
