  • Working hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 5.30PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + AWS + Transport Allowance + 12 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.
  • Manage team performance, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Report project progress and issues to senior management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure reports are accurate and complete.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualifications
  • Prior experience in project supervision role in furniture or construction projects in F&B and retail
  • Ability to conduct on-site measurements independently and accurately interpret construction drawings.
  • Proficient in industry related tools (Eg. CAD, SketchUp, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
