What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and executing comprehensive test plans for Temenos T24 software modules and applications
  2. Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues through to resolution
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand software requirements and ensure testing aligns with project objectives
  4. Automating repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and consistency
  5. Preparing detailed test reports and presentations to communicate test results to stakeholders
  6. Continuously improving testing processes and strategies to enhance the overall quality of our Temenos T24 solutions

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Temenos T24 or other core banking systems
  2. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent
  6. Familiarity with Agile software development practices and principles
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
