Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to other members of Legal with a focus on product and regulatory compliance
  • Handle data and other general requests from law enforcement agencies and government departments
  • Provide general legal support and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time
  • Co-ordinate with external counsels and internal counterparts to ensure delivery of top-quality legal service to our internal clients
  • Set up, manage, and maintain a legal database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in law)
  • Able to draft, review, comment, proof-read, and negotiate commercial agreements and documents in English and Mandarin
  • Willing to learn new areas of law with an open mind
  • Ability to work independently, diligent, result-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with ability to work under pressure
  • Expert knowledge in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage external professional parties and internal counterparts
  • A self-motivated team player with positive attitude
  • Attentive to details
  • Experience in a reputable law firm as a paralegal/legal consultant is preferred but not essential
