Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

· Greeting customers warmly and providing a positive shopping experience.

· Assisting customers with finding products, answering their questions, and resolving concerns.

· Making product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Sales:

· Closing sales, handling transactions, and processing payments.

· Fulfilling customer orders and handling returns.

· May be responsible for fulfilling orders across channels, including in-store pick-up or delivery.

· Briefing customers on promotions, sales, and company policies.

Store Operations:

· Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

· May be responsible for opening and closing the store.

· Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.

Other Duties:

· May handle operations of roadshows, promotions, and/or events.

· Working with the sales team to ensure the store's success.

· Required to demonstrate effectively on our products to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Understanding of product

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

· Basic math skills for handling transactions.

· Ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.

· Knowledge of company policies and procedures.

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Patience and the ability to handle difficult customers.

· Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

· Time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

· Min. tertiary education

· Singaporean or Permanent Resident is preferred

· years of retail experience

· Proficient in retail environment with hands on experience with cashiering, POS system

· Willingness to learn and adapt to the work culture.

· Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to details.

· Able to start work immediately.
