Strategic & Service Planning
- Develop, implement, and review strategic and operational plans for Special Needs services in alignment with organisational and sectoral priorities.
- Lead programme innovation and service enhancement initiatives to improve client outcomes and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MSF, NCSS, AIC) and organisational governance standards.
Programme & Clinical Oversight
- Oversee curriculum and programme design to support clients' functional, vocational, and social development.
- Establish systems for quality assurance, monitoring, and outcome tracking.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ensure best practices and ethical standards.
People Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising educators, therapists, and programme staff.
- Foster a learning culture through supervision, reflective practice, and competency-based training.
- Oversee staff performance, professional development, and succession planning.
Partnership & Community Engagement
- Strengthen partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, and corporate partners to enhance service integration.
- Promote public awareness and advocacy for inclusion through education, outreach, and engagement events.
- Represent PCS at inter-agency meetings, sector workgroups, and conferences.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage service budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Support funding proposals, grant management, and reporting to funders and stakeholders.
