Science Teacher

About the role

Ezymath Studio is seeking an experienced Science Teacher to join our team in Sembawang. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons to primary and secondary school students, helping them develop a strong foundation in scientific concepts and critical thinking skills.

What you'll be doing

1. Plan and deliver dynamic science lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities
2. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
3. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help them reach their full potential
4. Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the curriculum
5. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and content knowledge
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school and regulatory authorities

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Science or a related field, with a teaching certification or diploma
2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary schools, preferably in science subjects
3. Strong subject matter expertise and the ability to present complex scientific concepts in an engaging and accessible manner
4. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
6. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
7. Passion for education and a genuine desire to contribute to the academic and personal growth of students
