About the role
Ezymath Studio is seeking an experienced Science Teacher to join our team in Sembawang. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons to primary and secondary school students, helping them develop a strong foundation in scientific concepts and critical thinking skills.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and deliver dynamic science lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help them reach their full potential
- Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the curriculum
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and content knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school and regulatory authorities
What we're looking for
- Degree in Science or a related field, with a teaching certification or diploma
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary schools, preferably in science subjects
- Strong subject matter expertise and the ability to present complex scientific concepts in an engaging and accessible manner
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to contribute to the academic and personal growth of students
