  • Assisting with project coordination and the preparation of reports and presentations to NTUC Health.

2. Research Intern (Early Childhood Focus)

You will support our internal team in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of NTUC First Campus' early childhood programmes. This role is perfect for those passionate about improving educational outcomes for young children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with fieldwork and data collection within our preschools, including classroom observations and surveys.
  • Supporting the facilitation of focus groups and interviews with educators and parents.
  • Performing data entry, data cleaning, and preliminary analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Contributing to the development of evaluation reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management teams.
  • Assisting with the logistical coordination of various programme evaluation activities.

Skills & Attributes:

    • A genuine interest in community-based research and social impact.
  • Basic understanding of, or a strong desire to learn, qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you are comfortable interacting with diverse groups, from seniors to young children and educators.
  • Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with analysis software (e.g., R, Python, or Jamovi) is an advantage but not mandatory.
