Technical Service Technician

1.1. Broad Functions:
The primary responsibility of a Technical Service Technician is to take charge of technical serv ices activites especially in conducting rubber testing and analysis & equipment troubleshooting and documents update.
1.2. Job Description / Responsibilities:
1.2.1. Material handling and preparation
1.2.2. Machine setup and operation
1.2.3. Rubber testing and analysis
Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing and compounding
Perform rubber properties evaluation
1.2.2. Maintain lab equipment in good conditions
Perform housekeeping and troubleshoot equipment minor troubles
1.2.3. Maintain inventory records
Update inventory record and storage
1.2.4. Follow safety requirements
Follow safety procedure
1.2.5. Maintain good housekeeping
Perform housekeeping at workplace after inspection
1.2.6. Follow SOP & CL
Perform inspection procedure as per SOP & CL
1.3. Requirements:
1.3.1. Min "O Level or equivalent or NITEC in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
1.3.2. year experience in rubber inspection laboratory (Preferred)
1.3.3. Relevant working experience in a chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage.
1.3.4. Computer-literate.
1.3.5. Hands-on experience to lab equipment.
1.3.6. Keen to work in lab environment.
1.3.7. Able to handle mechanical machine.
1.4. Others :
1.4.1. Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)
1.4.2. Commence work: ASAP.
1.4.3. Applicants can work in Singapore without requiring a work pass.
1.4.4. Working Hours: 8.00am to 4.45pm
