Western Restaurant Based in Bencoolen

A growing Western dining establishment located in Bencoolen is expanding its team. We are looking for dedicated Service Crew and Supervisors who are passionate about hospitality and delivering great dining experiences.

Work Schedule

• Split Shift: 12.00pm to 3.00pm and 5.00pm to 10.00pm

• 6-day work week

• Weekend and public holiday availability required

Position: Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional customer service

• Manage ordering and payment through the POS system

• Serve food and beverages efficiently

• Maintain store cleanliness and dining ambience

Salary Range

• $2,000 to $3,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Staff meals provided

Position: Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and service standards

• Staff coordination, training, and shift management

• Handle guest relations and service recovery

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards

Salary Range

• $2,500 to $3,200 per month (depending on experience)

Candidate Requirements

• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong teamwork

• Thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment

• Able to commit at least 6 months

• Prior F&B experience preferred

• WSQ Food Safety Certification is an advantage (training support available)
