RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming service requests and schedule repair appointments
  • Manage job tracking, invoices, and service reports
  • Maintain spare part inventory and order stock as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups
  • Support the team with any ad hoc administrative tasks and day-to-day needs

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Working Location in the West – Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Attractive benefits as per MOM Guidelines
  • Salary ranging from $2,200 - $2,500
