Site Engineer – Build with Precision, Deliver with Pride
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
About the Role
This role is made for someone who prefers boots on the ground over shoes under a desk. As a Site Engineer, you'll be a critical part of our project delivery team — turning drawings into reality with accuracy, speed, and uncompromising safety.
From structural steel and embedded items to crash-rated installations, you'll work on high-impact projects that demand precision and proactive coordination. You'll be the bridge between design and execution, solving technical challenges, ensuring compliance, and keeping everything moving smoothly on-site.
If you're someone who thrives on-site, takes ownership of the build process, and has a sharp eye for quality, you'll be right at home here.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support Project Execution – Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and implementation of all on-site works.
Technical Oversight – Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details; ensure works are carried out to approved standards.
Site Coordination – Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
Safety First – Ensure work activities comply with safety regulations; participate in toolbox meetings and assist with RA, SWP, and MOS documentation.
Quality Checks – Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and conformance with specs.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain site records, update progress reports, and flag any site issues or variations early.
Problem Solving – Identify and troubleshoot site challenges, propose technical solutions, and escalate as needed.

- 2–4 years of site engineering experience in construction, structural steel, or related works
- Knowledge of Singapore's safety and quality standards (MOM, BCA regulations)

- Competent in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Clear communicator, both verbal and written
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset
You'll Fit Right In If You

- Take pride in delivering quality work that stands the test of time
- Are detail-focused but never lose sight of deadlines
- Value learning from experienced engineers while carving your own path
