Job Summary

Join the HR team to support Medical HR Operations and Talent Acquisition activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes for clinicians, staff, and candidates within a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Process monthly payments for medical report fees, work-related claims, and one-time transactions.
  • Manage MOHH clinicians' posting updates, staff pass issuance, and name tag preparation.
  • Coordinate MO postings with MOHH, Residency Office, Clinical Education, and department admins.
  • Support e-Appraisal coordination and SMC supervisory assignments.
  • Handle quarterly billing for FTE offsets to partner institutions.
  • Work with Medical Affairs to initiate privileging exercises for specialists and senior roles.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment with HRBPs, departments, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews, collect candidate documents, guide them through application steps, draft salary proposals, and prepare job offers.
  • Liaise with Group Shared Services on Letters of Appointment and work pass matters.
  • Support SMC applications and track recruitment case progress.
  • Coordinate observership processes with departments, staff clinic, and SMC.

Requirements

  • Prior HRBP experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
