**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations including customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements and status.
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily activities.
- Physical work required to facilitate deliveries during tight schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation team for delivery plans.
- Monitor and order supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Verify orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure adherence to basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily inspections of warehouse grounds.
- Perform any additional duties assigned as needed.
