About the role


We're looking for an ambitious Tech Lead to head our Client Facing Applications team. You'll play a key role in our mission to help organisations understand how they could be compromised in real time. This position is based in Singapore.

What you'll do
Lead the Engineering Team in Singapore, driving the delivery of a scalable integration strategy as the platform grows.Collaborate closely with the Head of Applications to align local delivery with the global CFA strategy, ensuring technical consistency and shared standards.Act as line manager for the Singapore engineers conducting performance reviews, supporting career development, and providing day-to-day coaching.Design and implement normalisation or standardisation layers that enable rapid deployment and development of new integrations.Create workflows that manage the flow of data between the platform and a wide range of integration types.Solve complex technical and data challenges from handling large-scale datasets to empowering clients with transparency and control over their data and related processes.What we're looking for

Ideal Experience (5+ years):

Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams, including performance management and team development.Experience as a line manager, mentoring engineers, and fostering high-performing teams.Background in an early-stage B2B startup environment, ideally focused on enterprise clients.Strong experience collaborating with clients to gather and analyse integration requirements, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.Expertise in establishing SOPs for integrations and implementing strategies that support rapid deployment.Hands-on experience designing and managing integrations (push, pull, bidirectional syncs) across platforms such as cloud, RBVM, and data sources.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
