Project Title
- Line Pack Automation New Version Qualification, Sealer Qualification & Structured Improvement Project
Project Description
- Qualification and deployment of new Line Pack Automation (LPA) systems
- Validation and setup of vacuum sealer equipment
- Execution of a structured improvement project aligned with department goals
- Application of engineering principles and data analysis
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and project ownership
- Opportunity for full-time employment consideration based on performance
Project Scope
- LPA New Version Qualification
- Sealer Qualification
- Structured Improvement Project using Design Thinking
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaboration with process and manufacturing teams
Deliverables
- Qualification reports for LPA and sealer systems
- Structured project documentation and presentation
- Improvement metrics (e.g., cycle time, downtime reduction)
- Final internship report and presentation
Skillset Required
- Basic knowledge of automation and equipment systems
- Data analysis (Excel, Power BI preferred)
