Responsibilities:

  • Lead quantity surveying services for healthcare infrastructure projects
  • Manage contract administration and support procurement activities
  • Assist in project management to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
  • Develop and promote best practices in cost control, contracts, and procurement
  • Collaborate with government health agencies and hospitals to maintain accurate cost data
  • Track feedback to improve procurement policies and contract processes
  • Take on other tasks as assigned to support project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related construction discipline from a recognized university.
  • At least 4 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract management, procurement, or project management for infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in healthcare or government projects is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) and procurement processes is a plus.
