What the role is
Lead the Registration Division by managing a team of officers responsible for reviewing and implementing policies related to the registration of healthcare professionals, overseeing registration processes, and ensuring operational excellence. Key focus areas include team leadership, policy development, process improvement, budget management, and meeting operational KPIs to maintain smooth division operations.
What we are looking for
• Strong leadership skills, with experience heading teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory/policy work.
• Well-articulated and possess good writing skills.
• Good organisational skills with attention to details.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
