As a Project Engineer - ACMV, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the Project Manager in planning and managing site operations.
  • Offer technical expertise in ACMV, HVAC, chillers, and associated systems.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work for accuracy.
  • Oversee budget control, scheduling, and approval processes for materials and shop drawings.
  • Track construction progress and ensure proper use of resources while upholding safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and manage temporary structures or installations.
  • Maintain and update Variation Order (VO) logs and validate material requisitions.
  • Prepare and verify progress claims, site measurements, and payment certifications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out HVAC equipment sizing and load calculations.
  • Ensure all project documentation aligns with ISO standards and requirements.
  • Handle multiple concurrent tasks and assignments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate who possess 3 years of relevant experience and above will be an added advantage
  • Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
  • Candidate who is proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD will be an added advantage
