About the role

A private clubhouse for C suite level private members and VIPs is seeking a waitress to assist the Bartender/Guest Services Manager to join them. The incumbent must be confident to deal and communicate with members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve drink orders for guests;

  • Familiar with alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks like coffee;

  • Provide exceptional service ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience;

  • To maintain and develop excellent service standards and consistent customer service focus;

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience;

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hotels, bars;

  • Able to work independently;

  • Presentable and well-groomed;

  • Excellent multi-tasking and organising skills;

  • 2pm - 11pm work-shift, 5 days a week. including weekend.
