About Athlèse:
Athlèse Fitness operates two locations in Singapore. Our Bukit Timah outlet focuses exclusively on one-on-one personal training, and we're currently looking for a dedicated, professional trainer to join this team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training, helping clients achieve their health goals, and driving membership and personal training sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group personal training sessions.
- Develop customized workout and nutrition plans based on clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy habits.
- Actively promote and sell personal training packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training for professional development.

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF, ACE, ISA or any Singapore-recognized certification).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience as a personal trainer is a plus (required for senior trainers).
