  • Be a Memorable Impression: You'll ensure all guest luggage arrives at their rooms promptly, both on arrival and departure. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for delivering messages and mail, ensuring everything gets where it needs to be.
  • Build Relationships: Develop friendly relationships with our guests, learn their needs, and provide personalised service whenever possible. Think local recommendations, insider tips, or simply a friendly chat – you'll be their ambassador to a great stay
  • Stay Informed: Become an expert on local attractions around the hotel You'll be a walking encyclopedia for guests, keeping them up-to-date on hotel amenities, services and events.
  • Have a contagious smile and a helpful disposition.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects such as luggage.
  • Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Shift Working Hours:

  • Morning shift: 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Afternoon shift: 10.00am to 7.30pm/12.30pm to 10.00pm
