Summary:

  • Basic up to $2,700
  • 3 Months Temporary Role

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update billing systems, generate and issue invoices.
  • Follow up on payments, handle billing, collection and reporting according to deadlines.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed or irregular payments.
  • Process receipts, cash and credit card payments, prepare bank deposits.
  • Support general accounting and administrative duties, including ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
  • Familiar with GL, AP, and AR processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems.
