East Region, Singapore Inter Island Manpower Pte Ltd Full time $1,900 - $2,200 per year

Monthly Salary Package (basic depending on experience):

  • Basic $1900 - $2200

  • Incentives: $150 (For Grooming / Punctuality)

  • Personal Comms

  • Shop Target: $100 for each tier achieved (based on total sales of whole team in the shop)

  • Monthly $250 Airport Shift Allowance provided

Work Location: MBS / Changi Airport

Working Hours: Average 8hrs each day based on monthly shift roster (not including meal break)

Off days: 6 days a month (Off days on weekdays)

For Changi Airport location, the candidate must be able to accept the following:

  • Earliest shift will start at 6am (one-trip transport provided from home to work for start work timing)
  • Last shift will end at 12am/1am midnight (one-trip transport provided from work to home for end of shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to customers

  • Assist in inventory management and housekeeping

  • Maintain housekeeping of the store; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front

  • Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier

  • Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager

Key Requirements:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of retail sales experience working with similar product range such as shoes, apparels etc.

  • Good communication skills and selling skills

  • Able to stand for long hours

  • Comfortable to climb racks to retrieve shoes
