• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences.
• Recommend and explain suitable hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products.
• Perform haircuts, coloring, highlighting, and scalp treatments.
• Provide excellent shampooing and blow-drying services.
• Stay updated with the latest hairstyle trends and techniques.
• Maintain salon hygiene and adhere to safety standards.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in promoting and selling retail hair care products.
• Manage client appointments and welcome customers warmly.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hair salon or retail industry.
• Relevant cosmetology / hairstyling certification preferred.
• Skilled in haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Proficient in handling hot tools (irons, curlers, blow-dryers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
