Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and assess patient care in line with medical instructions, patient needs, and hospital guidelines.
  • Educate and support patients and their families emotionally and informationally.
  • Uphold nursing standards and hospital protocols to ensure quality care and compliance.
  • Communicate regularly with nursing leaders and doctors on patients' conditions and treatment outcomes.
  • Guide and support junior nurses, promoting effective teamwork and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience in acute hospital.
  • Prior experience in mental health highly advantageous.
