- Analytics, Models and Quantifications
- Risk Control and Policy
- Risk Validation
- Risk Policy and Planning
Learning Objectives and Job Description:
The intern will be embedded within the Risk Validation team and will:
- Gain exposure to model validation frameworks and risk governance processes.
- Assist in quantitative and research studies for validating new and existing risk models.
- Support the development and enhancement of validation tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Contribute to the digitalization of validation workflows, including automation of validation and reporting.
- Research/implement agentic AI for validation/ risk management used case.
Knowledge and Skills requirements:
To meet these objectives, you should:
- Be curious and proactive, with a strong willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Be proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and validation scripting.
- Have strong quantitative and analytical skills, with comfort working on algorithms and large datasets.
- Be hands-on, ready to engage with systems, data, and process flows for validation and testing.
- Possess good communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate across teams.
- Have basic understanding including pricing of financial products including: futures, options, bonds, interest rates.
