Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day facilities management for multiple retail outlets and office spaces, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for facility systems, including escalators, electrical, plumbing, and general store maintenance.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with contractors and vendors when required.
  • Source, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and repair services by external contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and safety guidelines, performing regular risk assessments and implementing control measures..
  • Perform additional facilities management tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
Responsibilities
  • NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or maintenance roles, preferably within retail or hospitality environments.
  • Resourceful and thrive in fast pace environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Valid FSM certificate is an advantage
