Job Description:

  1. Set up & Operations:

  2. Prepare and operate Muller Martini machine/gather according to job specifications

  3. Ensuring correct setup for tasks like perfect binding, notch binding or thread swen
  4. Maintaining machine – General 5s, greasing and oiling

2.Quality Control

  • Ensure first piece is conducted and meet job specifications
  • Reset up or fine adjustment if first piece is not meeting the specifications

  • Inspect product quality during run

  • Production management

  • Maintaining machine – General 5s, greasing and oiling

  • Ensure machine runs at required speeds to meet target
  • Train and guide assistance as and when needed

Requirements:

  1. Experience operating binding machines such as muller martini, folder, guillotine or saddle stitches machine

  2. Ability to interpret job plans, follow instructions and work in team

  3. Flexibility in daily tasks arrangement

  4. Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
