We are looking for a nurse-trained or eldercare-trained professional who wants to make a difference in a non-clinical setting. In this meaningful role, you'll use your caregiving experience to guide and train foreign domestic helpers in elderly care, helping them build the confidence and skills to care for families with compassion and safety.

Job Descriptions:

Deployment Coordination

  • Send helpers for home deployment and conduct 1–2 hour walkthroughs on household duties, medication management, safety, and food preparation.
  • Support smooth coordination and communication between employers, helpers, and the agency during deployment.
  • Prepare and utilize deployment checklists, training guides, and feedback reports to ensure a structured and efficient process.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training sessions for helpers, including orientation and practical modules in elder care and infant care.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to improve helper readiness and confidence before deployment.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Act as a Certified Employment Intermediary (CEI) personnel to ensure compliance with Employment Agency (EA) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all relevant documentation to meet regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Required language: English
  • Background of experience in Nursing, Caregiving, or Healthcare is preferred
  • Must be willing to obtain CEI within the first 3 months, cost will be fully sponsored by the company.
  • Travel expenses on domestic deployment will be covered by the company.
  • 5 days work week; 1 day off on weekday and 1 day off on weekend.
