We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support order processing, stock management, and logistics coordination across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by handling order fulfilment, returns, conversions, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices and delivery orders for warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Monitor and update order tracking records and coordinate on stock on hand reports.
  • Handle returned products from customers, segregate items, and arrange for service and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with customers for return of faulty products.
  • Support T-Load order processing for various sales channels.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing / Business/ Supply Chain Other relevant courses is a plus
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Meticulous with excellent attention to details.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and prior working knowledge of MS Navision will have an advantage

  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills for internal and external liaison.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.

About the job

  • 5 working days per week; 9am to 6pm
  • Occasionally needs to work overtime and weekend; depending on sales promotion
