Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in arts, design or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design
  • Extensive experience in working on WIX Studio
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Skilled in After Effects and Premiere Pro for creating motion graphics and video content
  • Strong knowledge of web design standards, responsive design, and user experience best practices.
  • Familiarity with presentation tools such as Keynote is an asset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

As a Senior Web and Digital Designer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining websites and digital assets that support brand and marketing objectives. This role involves creating visually engaging layouts, ensuring usability, integrating interactive features, and delivering content that is consistent with organizational standards. You will also support digital campaigns through the design of multimedia assets for web and social platforms. Main Duties include

  • Plan and design website layouts, user flows, and visual elements in line with project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Establish and apply design standards, templates, and style guides to maintain a consistent look and feel across websites.
  • Design and produce digital imagery, graphics, and visual content for websites, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Integrate interactive features and functionalities into websites
  • Create and optimize digital content using design, animation, and multimedia software.
  • Conduct testing and make improvements to website usability, performance, and accessibility.
  • Develop animated and video assets for use in websites, social media, and presentations.
  • Present design concepts and completed work to clients, stakeholders, or team members.
  • Stay informed on current design practices, technologies, and digital trends to improve workflows.
  • When required, coordinate or lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of website graphics, capacity, and interactivity.
