Club Repair & Building

• Perform club repairs, custom builds, shaft adjustments, and overall equipment servicing
• Assemble clubs according to fitter specifications with accuracy and quality control
• Maintain high workmanship standards and improve workshop processes

Equipment & Workshop Management

• Maintain, organize, and ensure proper upkeep of fitting tools, equipment, and materials
• Oversee workshop supplies and ensure operational readiness

Customer Service & Retail Support

• Assist customers with off-the-shelf clubs, equipment advice, and product education
• Explain club adjustments, specifications, and fitting benefits
• Support branding efforts by promoting professional fitting services

• Experience in golf club repair, custom build, or equipment servicing (Training Provided)
• Strong understanding of golf clubs, components, and repair tools
• Customer-focused with good communication and service standards
